Today we are introducing Naya, a new capability inside IsonAI. Where a chat assistant answers one question at a time, Naya takes on the whole errand. You hand over a goal (opening a small business, applying for a scholarship, getting a first passport) and Naya plans the work, does the research, prepares the documents, and comes back to you when a decision is needed.

Why an operator, not another chat
Most of the things people actually need to get done in Indonesia are not single questions. They are bundles of small tasks: find the current requirements, check the real prices, make a checklist, draft the letter, keep everything in one place, and remember where you left off.
That is what Naya is built for. Every goal becomes a mission with its own workspace, which we call the Mission Room. Inside it, Naya breaks the goal into concrete tasks (research, analysis, checklists, drafts, calculations), works through them in order, and shows its progress live. Close the tab, come back tomorrow, and the mission is exactly where you left it, with its own link you can reopen anytime.
Built around everyday Indonesian errands
Naya is tuned for the affairs Indonesians actually deal with. When you start a mission, you can tell Naya what kind of matter it is: starting a business, work and career, scholarships, marriage and KUA paperwork, personal documents such as KTP, SIM, and passports, taxes and finances, housing, vehicles, health and BPJS, contracts, hajj and umrah, travel, family events, or checking whether an offer is a scam.
You can also attach documents (a lease contract, a letter, a spreadsheet) and Naya reads them as part of the mission context. The more you tell it about your location, timeline, and budget, the more precise the plan and the results become. Results can be produced in Indonesian or English, whichever you choose.
Evidence you can check
Naya does not ask you to take its word for anything. Every mission keeps an Evidence Ledger: the list of sources Naya used, with titles, links, and a clear marker for official government sources. The documents Naya produces (checklists, cost estimates, drafts) can be opened in full view and downloaded, ready to use.
You stay in charge
Naya works freely on safe tasks: researching, analysing, calculating, drafting. Anything with outside impact stops at an approval gate. Naya never sends, pays, signs, or submits anything without your explicit approval, and it will never claim it has done something it has not.
